Some Notes for Leadership Positions in the Maritime Port Authority

- The Maritime Port Authority has a Director who is the head, responsible to the Director General of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the law for all operations of the Maritime Port Authority. Assisting the Director are no more than 03 Deputy Directors, who are responsible to the Director and the law for the tasks assigned by the Director.- The Director of the Maritime Port Authority is appointed and dismissed by the Director General of the Vietnam Maritime Administration in accordance with the law. The Deputy Directors of the Maritime Port Authority are appointed and dismissed by the Director General of the Vietnam Maritime Administration upon the recommendation of the Director of the Maritime Port Authority and in accordance with the law.- The appointment and dismissal of other positions within the Maritime Port Authority are carried out according to the management hierarchy of leadership and managerial positions of the Vietnam Maritime Administration.
