Sample Emulation Flag in the Ministry of National Defense Must be Embroidered with Yellow Thread

Accordingly, Circular 115 stipulates that the flag shall have dimensions of 800 mm in width and 600 mm in height; the front side of the flag is embroidered with satin fabric, the back side is silk fabric, both layers in red.

The embroidery as prescribed by Circular 115 shall be done in yellow thread, with the following main contents:

- The first line: Embroidered with the text “Ministry of National Defense” in uppercase letters, font "VnTime", font size 140, bold upright style (For flags of the Steering Committees of sectors or movements, the text will read “Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Defense”).- The second line: Embroidered with the word “Awarded” in uppercase letters, font "VnBlackH", font size 110, bold upright style.- Below the second line, in the center, a five-pointed yellow star shall be embroidered, with a circumscribed circle diameter of 160 mm.- Below the star, in the center, the text “Outstanding Unit in Emulation Movement” shall be embroidered in uppercase letters, font "VnHelvetins", font size 150, bold upright style, or the text recording the achievement for receiving the flag of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Defense (for Emulation Flags of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of National Defense, the font size for achievement text will be adjusted as appropriate); below this, at the center, the names of five units with achievements being awarded the emulation flag, in uppercase letters, font "VnHelvetins", font size 90, bold upright style.
