Rights and Obligations of the Northern Food Corporation Regarding Capital and Assets

To be specific, according to the regulations in the Charter of organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation issued in conjunction with Decree No. 01/2018/ND-CP, the Northern Food Corporation has the following rights and obligations:

- Rights regarding capital and assets:

- Possess and use the capital and assets of the Corporation for business purposes, aiming to achieve lawful benefits from the capital and assets of the Corporation as prescribed by law;- Utilize the capital and assets under the Corporation's management to invest externally according to the provisions of investment law;- Manage and use assets and resources assigned or leased by the State, such as land and resources, in accordance with the laws on land and resources;- The State shall not transfer State-invested capital in the Corporation and the Corporation's capital and assets without compensation, except in cases of reorganization of the Corporation or fulfilling the goal of providing public utility products and services;- Exercise other rights regarding capital and assets as prescribed by law.

- Obligations regarding capital and assets:

- Preserve and develop the State-invested capital in the Corporation and the capital self-mobilized by the Corporation;- Be responsible for all debts and other property obligations of the Corporation within the scope of the Corporation's assets;- Periodically re-evaluate the Corporation's assets according to the provisions of law;- Perform other obligations as prescribed by law.
