- Organizations and individuals involved in the storage and distribution of E10 fuel at petrol stations are responsible for conformity certification and declaration of conformity for equipment and accessories used in the storage and distribution of E10 fuel at petrol stations.- Upon discovering non-conformity with technical regulations during the process of storing and distributing E10 fuel at the petrol stations, must:

- Promptly notify the managing authority receiving the conformity declaration about the non-conformity;- Implement corrective measures for the non-conformity. If necessary, temporarily stop the release of the product and recall the non-conforming products and goods that have been released; stop the storage and distribution operations of E10 fuel.

- Maintain the conformity declaration records as the basis for inspections and audits by state management agencies.- Re-declare if there are any changes in the content of the registered conformity declaration documents or any changes in the features, uses, and characteristics of the equipment and accessories used in the storage and distribution of E10 biofuel at petrol stations that have been declared conforming.
