The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular 03/2017/TT-BTC on national technical regulations for light lifeboats in the national reserve.
The unit assigned the task of directly managing the light raft is responsible for adequately preparing materials, equipment, and tools to serve the process of importing, exporting, and preserving the light raft, including:
- Stands: Used for stacking light rafts;
- Materials for import and export operations: Cleaning rags, brooms, soap, Polypropylene (PP) tarpaulins, insect and pest control chemicals, transportation tools, stacking tools, office supplies;
- Materials for preservation: Brooms, cleaning rags, soap, Polypropylene (PP) tarpaulins, insect and pest control chemicals, vacuum cleaners (if any);
- Electricity and water-related materials: Electrical wires, light bulbs for illuminating inside and outside warehouses, electricity for preservation equipment; water for import, export, preservation and fire prevention;
- Flood and storm prevention, fire prevention and fighting tools and equipment.
Additionally, transportation vehicles with cargo containers must be weatherproof and clean; during the transportation of light rafts, all relevant documents must be in order as per regulations and the safety of goods must be ensured.
