On February 06, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 09/2017/TT-BTC detailing specific requirements for materials and equipment for the storage of fire-fighting water pumps.
Accordingly, Circular 09 stipulates that the units assigned the task of directly managing fire-fighting water pumps have the responsibility to prepare sufficient materials, equipment, and tools for the process of receiving, releasing, and storing fire-fighting water pumps, including:
- Racks: Used to support and arrange the pumps and equipment;- Water tanks for the operation of the fire-fighting water pumps;- Air compressor: Used for cleaning the pumps, equipment, and blowing talcum powder into the suction and discharge hoses;- 01 tool kit for receiving, storing, and releasing stock; 01 set of fire-fighting suction and discharge hoses for pump testing;- Materials for storage: Battery, gasoline (A92 or A95), diesel fuel, engine oil (4-stroke engine), lubrication oil (2-stroke engine), talcum powder, brushes, cleaning cloths, soap, canvas, insect and pest control chemicals;- Materials for receiving and releasing stock: Battery, gasoline (A92 or A95), diesel fuel, engine oil (4-stroke engine), lubrication oil (2-stroke engine), talcum powder, brushes, cleaning cloths, soap, canvas, insect and pest control chemicals;- Electrical and water-related materials: Electrical wires, indoor and outdoor lighting bulbs, electrical supply for water pumps and blowers, electrical equipment for storage, water for storage, and fire prevention and firefighting;- Tools and equipment for flood and storm prevention, and firefighting;- Other tools and equipment related to the process of receiving, releasing, and storing fire-fighting water pumps.
