Required Documents for the Driving Test Application.

Circular 12 stipulates the documents required for the driving test in specific cases as follows:

1. In the case of taking the driving test for the first time:

- Documents specified in Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 12;- Primary certification or training certificate for those taking the driving test for categories A4, B1, B2, and C;- The list of driving test candidates from the driving training institution with the name of the test applicant.

2. In the case of upgrading the driver's license to categories B1, B2, C, D, E, and F:

- Documents specified in Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular 12;- Upgrade training certificate;- The list of driving test candidates from the driving training institution with the name of the license upgrade applicant.

3. In the case of retaking the driving test due to an expired driver's license:

- Documents specified in Points b, c, and d, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 12;- Application form for renewing (reissuing) the driver's license;- A copy of the expired driver's license.

4. In the case of retaking the driving test due to a lost driver's license:

- Documents specified in Points b, c, and d, Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 12;- Application form for renewing (reissuing) the driver's license, indicating the date of receipt of the dossier by the receiving agency;- The original records of the lost driver's license (if any).
