Renewal of the Process for Receiving Air Service Price Declaration Dossiers

The Ministry of Transport promulgates Circular 07/2017/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing Circular 36/2015/TT-BGTVT on the management of domestic air transport service prices and specialized aviation service prices.

Circular 07 has amended and supplemented the process of receiving price declaration dossiers, specifically the new process is as follows:

- Upon receipt of the price declaration dossier, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam notes the date, month, and year of receiving the document and stamps the incoming dispatch, while simultaneously returning 01 copy of the dossier to the declaring organization or individual.- In case the price declaration dossier is incomplete, within 02 working days, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam shall notify in writing requesting the organization or individual to complete the dossier.- After the expiration of 05 working days from the date of receipt of the complete price declaration dossier, if the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam does not have any opinions requesting the organization or individual to explain or supplement the contents and components of the dossier, the organization or individual may implement the declared price.- In case of a price reduction declaration, the organization or individual producing or trading goods and services shall immediately implement the price reduction and simultaneously send the price declaration dossier or inform the price level to the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam.
