November 9, 2016, the Minister of Finance promulgated Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC regulating the collection, payment, management, and use of fees for visiting the Vietnamese Women's Museum.
According to the Circular, visitors to the Vietnamese Women's Museum must pay an entrance fee. The Vietnamese Women's Museum is the organization that collects the entrance fee.
The entrance fee rates for the Vietnamese Women’s Museum are stipulated as follows:
For adults: 30,000 VND/person/visit.
For students of vocational schools, professional secondary schools, colleges, universities; members of the Vietnam Women's Union: 10,000 VND/person/visit.
Cases exempt from fees include:
a) Delegates, guests of the Communist Party, State, National Assembly, the Government of Vietnam agencies.
b) Children, students of primary schools, secondary schools, high schools.
Students are defined as those issued with student identification by educational institutions within the national education system in Vietnam.
c) Persons with particularly severe disabilities as defined in Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree 28/2012/ND-CP dated April 10, 2012, of the Ministry of Finance, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Persons with Disabilities.
Circular 205/2016/TT-BTC is effective from January 01, 2017; replacing Circular 200/2010/TT-BTC dated December 13, 2010, of the Minister of Finance.
