Regulations on Scientific Research Permits in the Vietnamese Sea Area

To be specific, Circular 79 has stipulated the declaration, collection, and payment of fees for Licenses as follows:

- Fee payers shall directly pay fees to the fee-collecting organization or deposit them into the fee account awaiting payment to the State budget of the fee-collecting organization opened at the State Treasury. The deadline for fee payment is no later than 05 days from the date of receipt of the notification document from the dossier-receiving agency accepting that the licensing application dossier is complete.- No later than the 5th of each month, the fee-collecting organization must transfer the fee amount collected in the previous month into the fee account awaiting payment to the State budget opened at the State Treasury.- The fee-collecting organization shall declare, pay the collected fees monthly, and settle annually according to the law.- The fee-collecting organization shall transfer all collected fees to the State budget according to the Chapter of the fee-collecting organization, Sub-item 2632 - Assessment fee for practicing conditions in the field of natural resources and environment of the current State budget index. The source of costs for licensing assessment activities, fee collection shall be allocated from the State budget in the estimates of the collecting organization according to the policies, and the State budget spending norms as prescribed by law.
