Accordingly, the reporting of the quality of fire fighting water pumps is prescribed by Circular 09 as follows:

- No later than one month after stocking, the head of the national reserve unit shall direct specialized agencies to report on the quality of the fire fighting water pumps received to the specialized national reserve agency;- Quarterly, summarize, and report to the specialized national reserve management agency on the quality of the fire fighting water pumps in storage before the 20th of the last month of the quarter. In case of an unexpected situation, the unit shall send a separate report;- The head of the national reserve unit shall direct specialized agencies to report on the quality of the fire fighting water pumps to the specialized national reserve agency before releasing them from storage.
