The log must be properly sealed, fully record all contents as prescribed, and have all required signatories and seals;- The warehouse keeper responsible for preservation must fully document changes in quality, preservation tasks, any arising damage, and the results of handling for each fire water pump during the storage period;- The head of the unit directly managing national reserve goods shall record twice a month; the technical preservation department of the unit directly managing national reserve goods shall record weekly to document changes in quantity, quality, and assess the preservation tasks of fire water pumps in the preservation log;- Once every three months, the head of the national reserve unit must inspect and record comments evaluating the preservation of fire water pumps in the preservation log.
