Regulations on Awarding Physical Items in the Ministry of National Defense

Accordingly, Circular 115 stipulates that collectives and individuals awarded by competent authorities receive rewards in cash as regulated and accolades as follows:

- Flags for the titles: "Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense"; "Emulation Flag of the General Staff, General Political Department, general departments, military regions, services, Border Guard, army corps, branches, and equivalent levels."- Badges, badge boxes, certification certificates, and frames for the titles: "Whole Army Emulation Fighter," "Base-level Emulation Fighter."- Certificates and frames for the titles: "Decisive Victory Unit," "Outstanding Labor Collective," "Advanced Unit," "Advanced Labor Collective," "Advanced Fighter," "Advanced Laborer."- Certificates and frames for the forms of commendation: "Certificate of Commendation from the Minister of National Defense"; "Certificate of Commendation, Certificate of Merit from the Chief of the General Staff, Director of the General Political Department; General Directors, Political Commissars of the General Department II; heads, political commissars of the general departments; political commissars, political instructors, commanders of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense to the regiment level and equivalent levels."- Commemorative medals, badges; commemorative medal boxes, badge boxes, and certificates of commemorative medals, badges in the Army.
