This is the basic content stipulated in Circular 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXH regulating bridge training among the levels in vocational education. To be specific:, the enrollment for bridge training is carried out as follows:
1. Admission criteria for intermediate-level bridging programs:
- Individuals with a primary-level certificate, primary-level vocational certificate in the same field, and who have graduated from junior secondary school or higher;- Individuals who have an intermediate-level certificate, intermediate-level vocational certificate, or professional intermediate-level certificate seeking a second intermediate-level diploma.
2. Admission criteria for college-level bridging programs:
- Individuals with an intermediate-level certificate in the same field and a high school diploma or its equivalent;- Individuals with an intermediate-level certificate who do not hold a high school diploma must ensure they have studied and passed the required high school cultural curriculum as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training;- Individuals with a college-level or vocational college-level certificate seeking a second college-level diploma.
3. The time and form of admission for bridging programs are implemented according to Circular 05/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, which stipulates the admission regulations and enrollment quotas for intermediate and college levels.
4. In addition to the aforementioned regulations, schools may impose additional conditions to ensure training quality, provided they are not contrary to the regulations in Circular 27/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.
5. The annual enrollment scale for bridging programs by field and training level is within the enrollment scale stipulated in the vocational education activity registration certificate granted to the school by the competent authority.
