2. Methods for submitting the Notification for adjustment of DVQHNS code information can be one of the three following methods:

- Submit the dossier directly;- Submit the dossier by postal mail;- Submit the dossier through the online public service for DVQHNS code registration.

3. Upon receiving the unit's Notification, the Financial Agency will issue and send a Receipt of the DVQHNS Code Registration Dossier according to Form No. 09-MSNS-BTC in the Appendix attached to this Circular to the individual who submitted the dossier and re-issue the electronic DVQHNS Code Certificate for the unit, with the code remaining unchanged as previously issued. The registered code information will be updated according to the unit's Notification.
