Statistical reporting format for the judicial sector is stipulated in Circular 03/2019/TT-BTP as follows:

- The statistical report of the Judicial Sector is to be conducted in the form of statistical report templates, including specific information such as the name of the statistical report template; the names of the agencies or organizations that prepare and receive the report; the reporting period; the content of the report; classification; unit of measurement; the date of the report; the full name and signature of the report preparer, the person checking the report; the full name and signature of the head of the reporting agency or organization, stamped as prescribed, and other related contents.- In case further clarification of the information stated in the statistical reports is needed, the reporting unit shall provide additional explanation in one or a combination of the following forms:

- Displayed at the end outside the frame of the statistical report template, above the signature section;- Presented in the form of an Official Dispatch.
