Prohibition on Infringing the Protection Corridor of National Security-Related Critical Infrastructure

The Ordinance on the Protection of Important Structures Related to National Security promulgated by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly in 2007 prescribes several prohibited acts as outlined in this document.

To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 9 of the Law on Protection of Important Works Related to National Security 2007, the following acts are strictly prohibited:

Firstly, disclosing secrets, unauthorized access, sabotage, damaging equipment, documents, or means of important works related to national security.

Secondly, encroaching, illegal construction within the protection corridor of important works related to national security.

Thirdly, obstructing the performance of duties by the security forces or agencies, organizations, or individuals participating in the protection of important works related to national security.

Fourthly, taking advantage of the performance of duties or powers in protecting important works related to national security to infringe upon the interests of the State, or the rights and legitimate interests of organizations and individuals.

Fifthly, other acts that infringe upon the security and safety of important works and their protection corridors related to national security.
