Procedure for Online Registration of Unit Code Related to the Budget

Entities related to the budget (ERB) register for an ERB code online following the procedures below.

1. Entities register for the ERB code by accessing the Online Public Service using the account and password provided by the Financial Authority to perform declarations, upload electronic documents, and submit the ERB code registration online.

2. The Financial Authority is responsible for receiving and checking the information in the online dossier and announcing the receipt status, simultaneously informing via email and the mobile phone number of the representative of the entity registering for the code.

- If the online registration dossier is incomplete, the Financial Authority receives the dossier and requests the entity to supplement the dossier. Within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the notification, if the entity does not fully supplement the dossier, the online registration dossier of the entity will no longer be valid.- If the online registration dossier is invalid, the Financial Authority returns the dossier and notifies the reason for the return to the entity via the Online Public Service.

3. Within 02 (two) working days from the receipt of the complete and valid online ERB code registration dossier, the Financial Authority is responsible for issuing the electronic ERB Code Certificate to the entity.

4. The online ERB code registration process outlined in this Article also applies to registering changes in information about the entity's ERB code and registering information for the transition stage of investment projects.
