Procedure for Dredging Maritime Navigation Channels

On November 28, 2018, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 159/2018/ND-CP specifying the procedures for implementing maritime channel dredging.

According to Decree 159, the maintenance dredging of public maritime channels and inland waterway channels using state budget funds shall be implemented according to the following steps:
