The establishment of the National Database on Prices shall be executed based on the principles of coordination, information sharing, or information purchase by means of information purchase contracts, information supply contracts, and collaborator information supply contracts, including periodic and ad hoc reporting as prescribed by law.

5. The National Database on Prices must be tightly managed, ensuring information security, long-term information storage, and the protection of state secrets.

6. The National Database on Prices should be constructed in accordance with the national information system architecture, meeting the standards for databases, technical standards, and IT standards, as well as economic-technical norms.

7. Other principles follow the regulations on price databases of sectoral management Ministries, localities, organizations, and individuals involved in the establishment and connectivity of the National Database on Prices.
