Plan for Inspection of Civil Judgment Enforcement in the Army

Circular 96 stipulates the basis for planning inspections, including:

- Directives from the Ministry of Defense, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Military Region Command, and equivalent bodies or based on the requirements of competent authorities;- The annual work plan; case resolution plans; annual targets for civil judgment enforcement tasks assigned to units and individuals; and the work results of units and individuals inspected in previous years.

Additionally, Circular 96 provides guidelines for formulating inspection plans as follows:

- Time for formulating the inspection plan: Annually, the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement issues an inspection plan for Civil Judgment Execution offices; the Head of the Civil Judgment Execution office issues the inspection plan for their unit. The inspection plan must be completed in January of the calendar year.- The contents of the inspection plan include: objectives, requirements; inspection contents; time, subjects of inspection; and the ensuring and organization of execution.- The inspection plan of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement is reported to the Ministry of Defense and sent to the Military Region Command and equivalent, as well as to the Civil Judgment Execution offices; The inspection plan of the Civil Judgment Execution office is reported to the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Military Region Command, and equivalent.
