The Ministry of Transport is an agency of the Government of Vietnam, carrying out the function of state management of road, railway, inland waterway, maritime, and aviation transport nationwide; state management of public services as prescribed by law. Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam: includes Office, 12 divisions, and 03 port authorities.
Vietnam Railway Authority: includes Office, 10 divisions.
Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration: includes Office, 08 divisions, 03 sub-departments, and 05 port authorities.
Vietnam Register: includes Office, 14 divisions, and 24 sub-departments.
Department for Construction Management and Quality of Transport Works: includes Office, 07 divisions, and 01 sub-department.
