The Ordinance on the Protection of Transportation Works 1994 was enacted on December 2, 1994. There are certain prohibited acts stipulated in this document.
To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 20 of the Ordinance on Protection of Transport Works 1994, the prohibited acts include:
First, destroying, dismantling, stealing components, accessories, materials, construction materials, information signaling systems, and traffic guidance equipment of the transport works;
Second, discharging harmful substances that damage or affect the durability and lifespan of the transport works;
Third, storing goods, materials, waste; washing vehicles, holding markets, releasing buffaloes, cows, and livestock on transport roads; drying straw, rice, agricultural products, and other items on national highways and other acts that obstruct the exploitation and use of transport works;
Fourth, operating ships or vehicles beyond the prescribed load or speed limit, affecting the quality of the transport works.
