Need to Replace the Execution Dossier Cover When It Is Worn Out

Circular 96 stipulates the accurate recording of professional form templates; the handwriting must be clear, legible, in a single ink color, without abbreviations or symbols, and without erasure or the use of local terms. To be specific:

- Types of books on periodic execution of judgments quarterly, every 6 months, and at the end of the fiscal year must be closed; books on the acceptance and execution of judgments must be closed monthly. For periods without civil judgment execution operations, the books do not need to be closed. Book closure is executed by using a different color pen to draw a horizontal line across the page at the line directly below the last serial number of the closing period. The closing content must be fully and accurately reflected in the columns of the book; it must bear the signature of the person closing the book and the verification of the Head of the Judgment Execution Department.

Accounting books for judgment execution, books tracking exhibits, sequestered and held assets, besides the signature of the person closing the books and the verification of the Head of the Judgment Execution Department, must also bear the signatures of the responsible individuals such as the accountant, warehouse keeper, and cashier.

- The cover of the judgment execution file must be fully written in the columns and sections; in the case of old, ragged covers, they shall be replaced with new covers, transferring the full content from the old cover to the new one.

- Pages of multi-page records must be numbered, and at the end of the recording content, the remaining blank part must be crossed out.

- Other professional templates use information technology; content must be typed and printed.
