Modification of the Selection Method for Organizations and Individuals Providing Non-Aviation Services

Circular 07/2017/TT-BGTVT has been issued by the Ministry of Transport to amend and supplement Circular 36/2015/TT-BGTVT regarding the management of domestic air transportation service prices and specialized aviation service prices.

According to Circular 07, the selection of organizations and individuals providing non-aviation services is implemented as follows:

- The selection is conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Decree 102/2015/ND-CP on the management and operation of airports and Circular 17/2016/TT-BGTVT detailing the management and operation of airports.

Additionally, Circular 07 also introduces the following notable provisions:

- Organizations and individuals providing non-aviation services shall continue to comply with the terms of contracts signed with enterprises providing passenger terminal and cargo terminal services until the contract expires.- After the contract expires, enterprises providing passenger terminal and cargo terminal services shall select organizations and individuals providing non-aviation services in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Circular 07.
