On July 17, 2017, the Minister of Finance issued Circular 72/2017/TT-BTC stipulating the management and use of revenues from project management activities conducted by investors and project management boards using state budget funds.

Circular 72/2017/TT-BTC is effective from September 15, 2017, and replaces Circular 05/2014/TT-BTC dated January 06, 2014, of the Ministry of Finance.
