Circular 05/2017/TT-BGTVT amending Circular 16/2013/TT-BGTVT was issued on February 21, 2017. This Circular has replaced Appendix I of Circular 16/2013/TT-BGTVT stipulating the List of Waterway Transport Routes from Shore to Island in Vietnam.
