Information and Data on Observation Must Meet What Requirements?

To be specific:, information and data on observation, surveying, and investigation of meteorology, hydrology, air, and water environment must meet the following contents:

- Information and data on surface meteorology: Air temperature, dew point temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, sunshine duration, wind direction, and speed…;- Information and data on hydrology: River water temperature, water level, surface width, basin length, basin area, cross-sectional area, speed, water flow, depth, turbidity, slope, total runoff volume, tide volume,…;- Information and data on agricultural meteorology: Water temperature in the field, humidity of deep soil layers, air turbulence near the surface, soil water content, useful water volume;- Information and data on marine meteorology: Sea surface wind, sea visibility, sea level, mean sea level, tides, residual oscillations, types of sea waves, wave factors, seawater salinity, dangerous marine meteorological phenomena,…;- Information and data on air and water environment: Chemical composition of rainwater, physical parameters, chemical parameters of air environment, river, lake, sea water environment,…;- Information and data on radiation meteorology: Direct radiation, radiation balance, reflection, scattering, total radiation, albedo, time error, solar altitude, sky color, surface state,…;- Information and data on ozone - ultraviolet radiation: Total ozone amount, ultraviolet radiation intensity;- Information and data on radio sounding: Air temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, and wind;- Information and data on Pilot wind: Upper wind;- Information and data on investigation and survey: hydrology, marine meteorology, sea water environment.
