Guidelines on Reporting the Implementation of the Scheme for Teaching and Learning Foreign Languages

- Ministries, central agencies, provinces, and cities under central authority are responsible for preparing reports on the implementation status of the Scheme and sending them to the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) before July 20; periodically organizing reviews, summaries, and reporting local implementation results to MOET.- MOET is responsible for presiding over, aggregating, and annually reporting the Scheme implementation results, and periodically organizing reviews and summaries to report to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.- The Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs is responsible for evaluating and aggregating the Scheme implementation results in the field of vocational education; cooperating with MOET to periodically report to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
