Application Dossier for Participating in the Selection for Protocol Mission According to Decree, Circular 10/2019/TT-BKHCN

According to the current regulations, the principles for selection and conditions for participating in the selection for protocol missions are implemented in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2, Article 3 and Article 4 of Circular 08/2017/TT-BKHCN dated June 26, 2017, issued by the Minister of Science and Technology on the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to implement national-level science and technology tasks funded by the state budget and the principles, conditions stipulated in Article 11 of Circular 10/2019/TT-BKHCN as follows:

- Do not select missions with overlapping content with science and technology tasks that have been or are being implemented;- Do not select missions that are not in accordance with the announcement for selecting protocol tasks.

The dossier for registering to participate in the selection of protocol tasks includes:

- The original explanation of the protocol task (Form No. 3 of the Appendix issued with this Circular);- A copy of the decision to establish or the certificate of registration for science and technology activities of the registering host organization;- A copy of the agreement document between the Vietnamese host organization and the foreign partner detailing: the main implementation contents of both parties; estimated implementation plan; principles of sharing research results and expected contributions from both parties, including the foreign partner's convertible contributions such as financial resources, human resources, physical facilities, and necessary resources (hereinafter referred to as the agreement document);- The original commitment of the registering host organization to implement the protocol task (Form No. 4 of the Appendix issued with this Circular);- The original scientific resume of the individual registering as the principal investigator and copies of the scientific resumes of the individuals registered as principal implementers of the protocol task (Form No. 5 of the Appendix issued with this Circular);- Other related documents.
