Guidance on Classification of Credit Institution Managers

This is the content stipulated in Circular 12/2018/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on January 31, 2018.

Accordingly, Circular 12 stipulates the classification of Credit Institution Managers as follows:

Successfully completed tasks when:

- Successfully implementing the criteria for evaluating the performance of enterprise managers as guided by the Ministry of Home Affairs.- For credit institutions providing public utility products and services: Completing or exceeding the plan for output with product and service quality meeting the prescribed standards.- Credit institution classified as Grade A.

Tasks not completed if falling into one of the following cases:

- Not successfully implementing the criteria for evaluating the performance of enterprise managers as guided by the Ministry of Home Affairs.- Achieving less than 90% of the target assigned by the representative agency of the owner regarding the post-tax return on equity; For credit institutions providing public utility products and services: Achieving less than 90% of the plan for output or the quality of products and services does not meet the prescribed standards.- Credit institution classified as Grade C.

Task completed: cases not falling under the stipulations of tasks not completed and successfully completed tasks.
