Full Disclosure of Activities in Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Work

At Article 9 of Circular 18/2020/TT-BCA stipulates all the content that needs to be publicly disclosed in the work of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police and the police units assigned the tasks of fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue as follows:

1. Rules for citizen reception; schedule for receiving citizens for procedures; diagrams or directional signs at the place of procedure.

2. The name and phone number (if any) of each department, the full name, rank, position, duties, and powers of the officers assigned to receive citizens for procedures related to fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue; the hotline phone number.

3. Responsibilities and obligations of citizens coming to perform procedures related to fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue.

4. Fees and charges as regulated.

5. Regulations and guidance on calling the emergency phone number 114.

6. The list of administrative procedures, regulations, forms, and processing times for each type of procedure concerning fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue:

- Procedures for checking safety in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue;

- Procedures and processing times for design approval and acceptance testing concerning fire prevention and firefighting for projects, constructions, and special motor vehicles requiring fire safety assurance;

- Procedures and processing times for issuing permits for transporting inflammable and explosive materials and goods;

- Procedures and processing times for issuing, renewing, and reissuing Certificates of Professional Training in Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue;

- Responsibilities for developing and authorizing fire fighting and rescue plans;

- Procedures, fees, and processing times for the inspection of fire prevention and firefighting equipment;

- Procedures and processing times for issuing, renewing, and reissuing Certificates of Eligibility for Fire Prevention and Firefighting Services;

- Procedures and processing times for issuing, renewing, and reissuing Consultant Practice Certificates in Fire Prevention and Firefighting;

- Procedures and processing times for issuing Certificates of Professional Training in Fire Safety Inspection and Firefighting and Rescue.

7. Results of handling complaints and feedback from agencies, organizations, and individuals.

8. List of constructions put into use but not yet accepted for fire prevention and firefighting.
