Forms of Legal Status and Legal Entity of the Northern Food Corporation

Article 3 of the Charter on the organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation issued together with Decree 01/2018/ND-CP stipulates the legal form and legal status of the Corporation as follows:

- The Northern Food Corporation is a single-member limited liability company with 100% charter capital invested by the State, operating under the parent-subsidiary company model, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Enterprises, the Law on Management and Use of State Capital Invested in Production and Business in Enterprises, related legal regulations, and the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation.

- The Northern Food Corporation has:

- Legal status, its own seal, the right to open accounts in Vietnamese dong and foreign currency at domestic and foreign banks according to relevant legal regulations and the Charter on organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation;- Its own capital and assets, being responsible for debts and other financial obligations within its charter capital; bearing civil responsibility and performing the rights and obligations of the owner towards subsidiary companies and affiliated companies within the invested capital by the Corporation;- The right to possess, use, and dispose of the name, brand, and logo of the Corporation in accordance with legal regulations.
