Forms of Exploitation and Utilization of the National Database on Prices

regulates the methods of exploitation and usage of the national price database as follows:

- Via the internet.- Through the electronic information portal prescribed by the agency managing the national price database.- Via dedicated networks.- Via written request, contract between the agency managing the national price database and the entity exploiting and using the national price database in accordance with the law.

Additionally, the subjects and scope of exploitation and usage of the national price database:

- The National Data Center and Price Services (Price Management Department) is the focal point managing, exploiting, and using information in the national price database to provide price information serving state management tasks and upon the request of organizations and individuals in accordance with the law.- The agencies building the price database and national price database; organizations, individuals participating in the provision, updating of price information to serve the construction of the national price database shall be authorized to exploit and use price data within the scope of their management. Exploration of price data outside the scope of management must be permitted by the state management agency of the national price database and must pay a fee (if any).- State agencies, political-social organizations, organizations, individuals requesting price information related (if any) from the national price database to serve state management tasks, macroeconomic management, and their legitimate purposes (except for information belonging to the list of state secrets, information not yet officially published).- The authorization, permission for information data exploitation and costs for information provision (if any) from the national price database shall be regulated by the agency managing the national price database.
