Furthermore, Circular 40/2014/TT-BTNMT also stipulates: Within the above-mentioned period, if the license holder has submitted an application for license renewal, the license holder is allowed to continue practicing during the period from the expiration of the old license until receiving the renewed license or a notification of non-renewal from the licensing authority.
