This is the notable content in Circular 36/2018/TT-BYT stipulating Good Practice for the Storage of Drugs and Drug Ingredients.
According to the new regulations, in order to properly preserve drugs and drug ingredients, Circular 36 has provided guidance on drug storage conditions as follows:
- Storage under normal conditions:- Store in a dry environment (humidity 75%), at a temperature from 15-30°C. In extreme weather conditions, the temperature can be above 30°C but not exceed 32°C, and humidity not above 80%.- If the label does not specify storage conditions, store under normal conditions.- Special storage conditions: Including cases that require storage conditions different from normal ones.- Guidance on specific storage conditions:

- "Do not store above 30°C" from +2°C to +30°C; "Do not store above 25°C" from +2°C to +25°C; "Do not store above 15°C" from +2°C to +15°C; "Do not store above 8°C" from +2°C to +8°C; "Do not store below 8°C" from +8°C to +25°C; "Cold storage" from +2°C to +8°C; "Cool storage" from +8°C to +15°C- "Dry", "Avoid moisture" not more than 75% relative humidity under normal storage conditions; or provided it is contained in moisture-proof packaging until it reaches the patient.- "Avoid light" Store in light-protective packaging until it reaches the patient.
