Database Content on Prices

1. Database on prices of goods and services, includes:

- Prices of goods and services set by the State.- Registered prices of goods and services listed in the price stabilization category requiring price registration during the price stabilization measure period.- Declared prices of goods and services listed in the price declaration category (including prices notified by enterprises when adjusting prices within 3%).- Market prices of goods and services listed in the market price reporting category.- Market prices of goods and services as determined by Provincial/City People's Committees and the Ministries managing various sectors, as part of their respective price databases.- Prices of state-owned assets according to the laws on management and use of state assets; financial assets, intangible assets.- Registration fees for assets determined by Provincial/City People's Committees.- Customs valuation for exported and imported goods.- Natural resource tax calculation prices as per the laws on natural resource tax.- Land price frames issued by the Government of Vietnam, land price tables issued by provincial/city People's Committees. Winning auction prices for land use rights in localities. Actual land transaction prices in the market.- Real estate transaction prices.- Winning bid prices for goods and services procured according to the laws on bidding.- Market prices of other essential goods and services serving the forecast and state management on prices.

2. Database on price appraisal, includes:

- Appraised asset values (land, housing, construction works, machinery, equipment, transport means, technology chains, other assets) and related information and documents on the appraisal results as per regulations.- Information about price appraisal enterprises and the operational status of these enterprises.- List and information of licensed price appraisers; list of price appraisers whose cards have been revoked.- Activities related to the examination, management, issuance, and revocation of Price Appraiser Cards.- Activities related to training, professional development, and updating of knowledge on price appraisal.- Other related information.

3. State management documents on prices, summary reports:

- Legal documents on pricing, price appraisal, and related laws.- Management and operational decisions and documents on prices.- Guidance documents, participation, and feedback with other units related to price policy mechanisms.- Market price status reports.- Reports, materials, and experience learning documents.- Outcomes and research topics.- Other related reports and documents.

4. Information serving state management on prices:

- Status of inspections, checks, complaint resolutions, denunciations, and legal violations handling related to pricing and price appraisal.- Price stabilization funds for goods within the price stabilization category as per regulations.- Information and macroeconomic indicators domestically and internationally, such as: National accounts; public finance; monetary; securities; trade; price indices; indicators reflecting global and domestic economic growth; other related information and indicators according to laws.- Other information serving state management on prices.
