Candidates applying for a second bachelor's degree in the teacher training group must have a bachelor's degree in the teacher training group issued by domestic teacher training institutions or a bachelor's degree in the teacher training group issued by foreign teacher training institutions and recognized according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (Ministry of Education and Training), and must also meet the current enrollment conditions for university and college admissions in the teacher training group stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Candidates applying for a second associate degree in the teacher training group must meet the current enrollment conditions for university and college admissions in the teacher training group stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training and possess one of the following degrees:

- An associate degree in the teacher training group or a bachelor's degree in the teacher training group issued by domestic teacher training institutions;- An associate degree in the teacher training group or a bachelor's degree in the teacher training group issued by foreign teacher training institutions and recognized according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
