Decree 22/2008/ND-CP stipulates the establishment of communes in Loc Ninh, Phuoc Long, and Bu Dang Districts as follows:

- Establishing Loc Phu Commune in Loc Ninh District by adjusting 3,026 ha of natural area and 7,035 people from Loc Quang Commune.- Establishing Phuoc Minh Commune in Phuoc Long District by adjusting 6,532.71 ha of natural area and 7,430 people from Da Kia Commune.- Adjusting 6,208.34 ha of natural area and 2,559 people from Minh Hung Commune in Bu Dang District to be managed by Bom Bo Commune.- Establishing Binh Minh Commune in Bu Dang District by adjusting 13,286.34 ha of natural area and 11,201 people from Bom Bo Commune.- Binh Minh Commune has 13,286.34 ha of natural area and 11,201 people.- Loc Quang Commune retains 4,545 ha of natural area and 5,714 people.- Da Kia Commune retains 7,201.68 ha of natural area and 8,905 people.- Minh Hung Commune retains 6,082.27 ha of natural area and 8,676 people.- Bom Bo Commune retains 11,116.59 ha of natural area and 14,338 people.
