This content is stipulated in Circular 09/2016/TT-BVHTTDL issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on October 14, 2016.

Accordingly, the rewards for public art competitions are stipulated in Circular 09 as follows:

- The Department of Grassroots Culture awards gold medals, silver medals, and certificates of merit to organizations and individuals participating in national and regional competitions;- The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Department of Culture and Sports award certificates of merit and commemorative flags to organizations and individuals participating in local competitions.

At the same time, Circular 09 also stipulates that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Committees at all levels, and the organizing units award certificates of merit, certificates of commendation, commemorative flags, and other forms of commendation to units participating in the festival.
