Cases of Ineligibility to Participate in National-Level Science and Technology Tasks

To be specific, Circular 08 stipulates that an individual will not be eligible to register for selection or be directly assigned as the principal investigator of national-level scientific and technological tasks in the following cases:

- At the time of submitting the registration dossier for selection or direct assignment, the individual is already the principal investigator of another national-level scientific and technological task;- At the time of submitting the registration dossier for selection or direct assignment, the individual has not yet submitted the dossier requesting the assessment and acceptance of a national-level scientific and technological task they are managing, within 30 days from the date of completion of the task according to the Contract, including any extension period (if applicable);- The individual is in charge of a national-level scientific and technological task that was assessed and rated as "not achieved" will not be eligible for selection or direct assignment within 2 years from the conclusion of the National Evaluation Council;- The individual has violations leading to the suspension of another national-level scientific and technological task they are managing will not be eligible for selection or direct assignment within 3 years from the date of the Suspension Decision by the competent authority.
