the Government of Vietnam has issued Decree 92/2017/ND-CP amending the Decrees related to administrative procedure control.

to resolve tasks for individuals and organizations, administrative procedures must be published in the form of a decision according to the following provisions:

1. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies publish administrative procedures stipulated in legal normative documents concerning the sector and field under the management function of the Ministry, and ministerial-level agencies;

2. The Chairperson of the People's Committee of provinces and centrally affiliated cities shall publish:

- The list of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the levels of government within the province and centrally affiliated cities, clearly identifying the name, legal basis, time, place of execution, and fees or charges in cases of decentralization or authorized regulation.- Administrative procedures delegated or detailed in legal normative documents of the levels of government within the province and centrally affiliated cities.

3. The head of the agency or unit assigned tasks or authorized by higher state agencies shall issue guidance documents for implementing procedures to resolve tasks for individuals and organizations and shall publish procedures under the jurisdiction of the agency or unit.
