Circular 19/2018/TT-BGDDT stipulating the quality assessment and recognition of national standards for preschools was issued on August 22, 2018. Notably, this document specifies the evaluation levels for preschools.
To be specific, according to the content in the Regulation on Accreditation of Educational Quality and Recognition of National Standards for Preschools issued together with Circular 19/2018/TT-BGDDT, preschools are evaluated according to the following levels:
Level 1: Complies with the provisions of Section 1, Chapter II of the Regulation.
Level 2: Complies with the provisions of Section 2, Chapter II of the Regulation.
Level 3: Complies with the provisions of Section 3, Chapter II of the Regulation.
Level 4: Complies with the provisions of Section 4, Chapter II of the Regulation.
The evaluation criteria for preschools are recognized as met when all indicators within the criteria meet the requirements. An indicator is recognized as met when all its components meet the requirements.
Evaluation standards for preschools are requirements for preschools to ensure the quality of activities. Each standard corresponds to a field of activity of the preschool; within each standard, there are criteria.
The evaluation standards for preschools have 4 levels (from Level 1 to Level 4) with gradually increasing requirements. In which, each subsequent level includes all the requirements of the previous level and adds enhanced requirements.
Evaluation criteria for preschools are the requirements for preschools in a specific content of each standard. Each criterion has indicators.
