This is one of the provisions stipulated in Circular 09/2017/TT-BGTVT issued by the Ministry of Transport on March 20, 2017, aimed at promulgating the national technical regulations on lifting equipment on inland waterway vehicles.
Accordingly, Circular 09 stipulates that the following drawings and technical documents must be submitted for Registration assessment when manufacturing new lifting equipment. To be specific:
- General layout drawing of the lifting equipment;- Structural drawing of the lifting equipment (dimensions of structural components, material specifications, and connection details);- Drawings of fixed attachments (dimensions, material specifications, and method of assembling these details with other structural components or with the hull);- Drawings of detachable details (including the cable system);- List of detachable details (clearly stating structure, material dimensions, and position). For standardized manufactured details, their classification codes may be filled in the dimensions and materials section;- Structural drawings of the drive system;- Power supply system diagram;- Drawings of the operation and control system;- Safety equipment drawings;- Protection equipment drawings;- Other drawings and technical documents if necessary to ensure safety.
