2 technical standards for level 1 electrical substation repair workers

Technician repairing power station electrical systems level 1 must meet the technical standards stipulated in Article 6 of Circular 204/2013/TT-BQP. To be specific:

- Understand the concepts of cross-section, section, line, contact trace, intersection; understand the concepts of metals, alloys, non-metals, electrical materials; understand the symbols of some common materials (copper alloy, semiconductor, insulating material, electrolytic medium...); understand the concepts of impedance, inductance, electromagnetic induction phenomenon, mutual inductance phenomenon, eddy current, electromagnets, permanent magnets. Grasp the theory and techniques of winding wires; understand the function, structure, and working principle of batteries, common direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) generators; operational policies, maintenance, storage, frequent maintenance content of batteries and common DC and AC generators.- Skillfully use hand tools, measuring tools to perform operational maintenance, storage, frequent maintenance of batteries and common electrical equipment at power stations. Carry out operational procedures, storage, frequent maintenance, short-term storage, and some maintenance procedures of common electrical equipment at power stations; understand the procedures for the preservation and use of batteries; check battery voltage, replenish battery solution to meet technical requirements.
