06 cases of revocation of automobile driver training licenses

Decree 65/2016/ND-CP has been signed and promulgated by the Government of Vietnam, stipulating the conditions for the business of automobile driver training services and driver testing services.

According to Decree 65/2016/ND-CP, the training institution shall have its license for automobile driving training permanently revoked when violating one of the following cases:

- Committing fraud to be established or be granted an automobile driving training license;- Failing to implement automobile driving training activities after 24 months from the date of being granted the automobile driving training license;- Being suspended from automobile driving training recruitment 02 times or more within 18 months;- The license was issued without proper authority;- Erasing or altering the contents of the issued license;- Renting out or lending the license.
