04 Conditions for Establishing a University-Based Professor Council

- Have candidates who are full-time lecturers applying for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of professor or associate professor and have a need to establish a grassroots Professor Council.- Have completed at least 3 training courses at the master's or doctoral level.- In the year immediately preceding the year of the Council's establishment, the higher education institution did not violate the regulations on training and scientific research activities.- Have a minimum of 9 full-time lecturers with the titles of professor or associate professor. To meet the required number of members, the head of the higher education institution may invite professors and associate professors from both within and outside the country who are teaching at the institution to join the grassroots Professor Council. The number of invited members should not exceed one-third of the total Council members.
