Organizing Professional Training Courses for Vietnamese Officials and Public Employees at the Judicial Academy

In the near future, the Judicial Academy will open training courses on skills and professional expertise for Vietnamese officials and public employees with the following specific information:

1. Training Course for Principal Specialists and Specialists

Admission Procedures

Students arriving for admission must bring:

- The decision to attend the course (original) and 02 photos size 3x4 (clearly stating name, birthdate, and working agency);- Tuition fee (payment for the entire course).

Tuition Fees

- Courses organized in Ho Chi Minh City: 3,950,000 per person/course (including materials);- Courses organized in Hanoi: 2,950,000 per person/course (including materials).

Participants

Principal Specialist Training Course:

- Leaders at the Department level, Board level, and equivalent;- Leaders at the Division level and equivalent;- Principal specialists and those equivalent to principal specialists who have not yet attended the state management knowledge training program for principal specialists;- Specialists and those equivalent to specialists preparing to take the exam to advance to principal specialist.

Specialist Training Course:

- Civil servants, public employees in the rank of Officer and equivalent preparing to take the exam to advance to specialist;- Personnel transferring from administrative service units, state enterprises to administrative agencies, public service providers but have not yet been trained in state management knowledge.

2. Advanced Professional Skills Training Courses

In addition to the training courses for specialists and principal specialists mentioned above, the Judicial Academy also organizes training courses on knowledge and professional skills for Vietnamese officials and public employees, including:

- Advanced training on knowledge and skills in handling administrative violations for Vietnamese officials and public employees to limit administrative disputes and complaints;- Advanced training on in-depth skills in administrating penalties for administrative violations;- Training on litigation skills and participating in resolving complaints according to administrative procedural laws in Courts for Vietnamese officials and public employees;- In-depth training to enhance knowledge and skills in managing and resolving land-related complaints and denunciations;- Training on legal knowledge, skills in international integration and dispute resolution;- In-depth training on skills and professional activities in legal document construction;- Training on legal knowledge, skills, and professional activities in legal works and jurisprudence;- Civil status professional training according to the Civil Status Law;- Training on skills and professional activities in judicial-civil status works;- Soft skills training for officials.
