Summary of procedures of collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance in Vietnam

The following is an update to the Decisions of the Vietnam Social Security on collection of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards.

- Vietnam's Decision 595/QD-BHXH dated April 14, 2017 on the collection of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards;

- Vietnam's Decision 888/QD-BHXH dated July 16, 2018 amending the process of collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards together with Decision 595/QD-BHXH;

- Vietnam's Decision 505/QD-BHXH dated March 27, 2020 amending the process of collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards together with Decision 595/QD-BHXH;

- Vietnam's Decision 1040/QD-BHXH dated August 18, 2020 on the form of the Report on the Employment Situation and the list of participants in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance;

- Vietnam's Decision 688/QD-BHXH dated 12/7/2021 amending some contents in Article 1 Decision 505/QD-BHXH dated 27/3/2020 amending the process of collecting social insurance, health insurance, and insurance unemployment, occupational accident, and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards together with Decision 595/QD-BHXH;

- Vietnam's Decision 811/QD-BHXH dated August 16, 2021 amending Clause 3, Article 3 of the process of collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and occupational disease insurance; issuing social insurance books and health insurance cards together with Decision 595/QD-BHXH.
