- The State Auditor General, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Minister of Public Security, and the Minister of National Defense of Vietnam have jointly issued the Joint Circular 01/2025/TTLT-KTNN-VKSNDTC-BCA-BQP dated January 20, 2025, regulating the coordination among the State Audit Office, Investigative Agencies, and the Procuracy in exchanging, transferring information, and recommending the review and prosecution of cases with indications of criminal offenses detected through the audit activities of the State Audit Office.
